A woman is to stand trial accused of causing the death of a motorcyclist by dangerous driving.
Dawn McIntosh, 53, of Forres, is said to have struck Andrew Wright on the A96 Alves to Forres road in Moray on 30 July 2023.
She was behind the wheel of a Hyundai i10 when it is claimed she attempted to overtake a camper van when it was unsafe to do so.
Prosecutors state she failed to maintain a proper lookout and be aware of oncoming traffic. A not guilty plea was tendered on her behalf during a brief hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
